Visit Sumartin on the island of Brač

The south side of the eastern coast of Brač hides a small sailors’ village Sumartin. In the village there is a Church and Franciscan monastery of St. Martin after which the place got its name together with a beautiful stone bell tower. Numerous beautiful beaches in the neighbourhood and picturesque coves of Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje and Spilice with the crystal clear sea make Sumartin one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island. Even the most demanding gourmands will be impressed by the fresh fish, home-made olive oil, cheese and wines of Sumartin. Many apartments, villas and summer houses with their welcoming hosts will make your stay here enjoyable. There is an everyday car ferry to Makarska from the village.
