From the living room, large glass doors open onto a beautiful terrace with sweeping sea views and direct access to the pool. This level also includes: 1 double bedroom with TV, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. First Floor: Stairs lead to the first floor where you’ll find: A children’s room with three beds and a TV, A master bedroom with a double bed, TV, a spacious bathroom, and a private terrace with lovely views. Outdoor Area: The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and traditional stone drywall, one of the region’s most iconic landscape features and part of UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage. Parking is available for more than three cars. Access to the villa includes 1 km of main road and 500 m of macadam road. Nearby Beaches Vela Luka Beach – 2 km away. A beautiful bay with a sandy seabed, perfect for children and non-swimmers. It is surrounded by pine forest offering both shade and sun. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent, and several kiosks provide fast food, ice cream, and drinks. Pebble Beach – 2 km away - A lovely pebble beach with crystal-clear water and a sandy seabed. The bay is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and is suitable for both regular bathers and naturists.
