Villa Lemo is a vacation house with swimming pool. Situated in a quiet, eastern part of Bol, near the Dominican monastery. Away from the center 300 m and 250m from the beaches. The villa is ideal for families with children or for guests who want to actively spend their holidays. The villa has a private parking, outdoor swimming pool (30m2) with separate whirlpool and a courtyard with barbecue. The total area of the interior of the villa is 100m2 and consists of 2 floors, suitable for 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom and storage. Upstairs are two bedrooms with sea view (double bed + twin bed), each with bathroom (shower). All rooms are air conditioned. The villa has 3 plasma devices, wall safe, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher. Transfer is available from any location (airport, ferry) to the villa.
